After my engineering graduation, I was searching for a job relating to my field. I was not particular about the pay as I needed a job with some learning opportunities. Within 3.5 months of job search, I was annoyed and tired. I decided to take up job of any field. My brother gave my profile to his friend in our native which then went to a GM of a leading vehicle loan company. I visited the office directly and was ready to join the same day. Fortunately, or unfortunately, he was not ready to recruit me as he felt I was over-qualified for the post. He told me that it was easy to offer the job immediately as a GM, however being a person of his known circle, he wanted me to give a job on my field or IT.
