He went there by train from Chennai. It is partially a complement and a complaint.                            A few years back, I think entire processing moved to online mode that includes form submission, proof submission, photo, etc.     Let us get into the story now. It all started with a Driving School near Medavakkam. As I did not want to go through typical government office processing I chose to go with a driving school. On the phone they said the fee for the license renewal is 2000 after I gave the complete details.     Once I reached there, a madam sitting in the front office told me that actual charge is 4000.
